During my time at Gurwin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, I observed, discussed, and participated in Institutional Food Services within the Long-Term Care setting. My tasks included:
- Participating in resident food service and contributing to food service management activities such as inventory and purchase orders.

Tray Accuracy Assignment: I conducted tray accuracy reviews on several units within Gurwin to analyze the accuracy rate within the facility. The final results were review with upper management.
Management Principle Assignment: After reviewing the current management procedure used within the facility, I suggested one management theory that could be applied to the current system that could improve facility operations.
